How to connect Trust Wallet to Binance, Metamask and Pancakeswap

Trust Wallet is a well-known Ethereum wallet and cryptocurrency wallet where you may keep your BEP2 and ERC20 tokens. It offers complete protection to all users, making it simple to keep your bitcoin.

However, linking a third-party wallet is a more complex option available in limited crypto wallets, such as Trust Wallet. Before we walk you through connecting all these wallets, let’s take a quick look at what these three wallets signify and how they vary from each other.

Use of DApp in Trust Wallet

The DApp browser is a Web3 browser that enables you to use decentralized applications such as PancakeSwap and many others.

If you’re using an Android smartphone, activating the DApp browser on Trust Wallet is also quite simple. Even in the majority of situations, it is pre-enabled.

However, activating the DApp browser on iOS devices might be difficult. Trust wallet has stated that it will no longer accept DApp browsers to comply with Apple App Store guidelines. The news was even made on Twitter by the official Trust Wallet account.

What are DApps?

DApps, or decentralized applications, are smart contract-powered blockchain-based versions of applications developed by the Ethereum network for its transactions. They behave exactly like traditional applications — a user can not tell the difference — but they have a far broader feature set.

DApps are a new way to connect with your digital finances. Money lending, borrowing, savings, and other things spring to mind when one thinks about traditional finance. They are fueled by a centralized authority, such as banks or other financial organizations.

Connecting Trust Wallet to Metamask

If you want to store BEP 20, Blockchains, storing NFT’s and connect other digital assets, you can always use Metamask. Importing a third-party wallet and connecting your digital assets can be risky. Still, Metamask ensures excellent security by using high-level security protocols.

Let us tell you the step by step process on how to connect your Trust wallet to Metamask:

Step 1

To begin, you’ll need your MetaMask wallet’s Ethereum address. Then, in your Metamask wallet, click the three lines in the upper left corner and then “Add funds.” Also, press the “QR Code” and write down your Ethereum address.

Step 2

Locate your recovery phrase in the Metamask wallet, and you can also verify it by clicking on the three lines in the top left corner, then select “Settings.” Next, select “Security & Privacy,” and choose “reveal Secret Recovery Phrase.” It is not recommended to screenshot your recovery phrase. It is recommended to write them down and save them safely.

Step 3

Click “Wallets” from the settings menu, then press the “+” sign in the upper right corner of the screen. This will give you a choice to “Create a New Wallet” or “Already Have a Wallet.” In addition, pick “Ethereum.” You will be able to reach the wallet import screen. Click on “Ethereum” and then click on “Import.”

Step 4

After a successful import, the textbox will inform you that your wallet migration has been completed.

To open your wallet again, go to the settings menu and select “Folders and Pegs.” The account you saved in Step 4 may be found under the option “Multi Coin Wallet.”

Connecting Trust Wallet to Binance Smart Chain(BSC)

Binance Smart Chain (BSC) has seen significant growth since its launch due to its broad compatibility and simple UI experience. It is pretty simple to connect Trust Wallet to Binance Smart Chain. Trust Wallet allows users to interact with BSC in a few simple steps.

However, you’ll need Binance Coin (BNB) to pay transaction fees using Binance Smart Chain (BSC) DApps. You’ll have to pay gas every time you use BSC to transmit tokens or interact with smart contracts.

To utilize your BNB BEP-20 tokens for gas, you must send them over the BEP-20 network. When withdrawing from Binance, be sure to choose [BEP-20 (BSC)] on the withdrawals page to transfer the funds to the correct address.

Step 1

After the installation is complete, run the application. Next, select Create a New Wallet and agree to the terms of service. Make sure to save the seed phrase in a secure and safe place. Save it in the proper order, then click continue. NEVER DISCLOSE YOUR SEED PHRASE.

Step 2

Next, you must repeat the seed phrase in the correct order as described above after selecting continue.

This procedure was developed by Trust wallet to verify that users preserved their seed phrases in the correct sequence. After you’ve double-checked your recovery phrase, click continue.

Step 3

The next step is to link your wallet to BSC. This is a simple task to do. Click the toggle button in the top right-hand corner of your wallet tab to turn it on or off.

After successfully connecting the wallet, BNB and BEP-20 coins can now be sent to your Smart Chain address. You may retrieve your Smart Chain address by clicking on the Smart Chain that you added to your trust wallet page.

Connecting Trust Wallet to PancakeSwap

PancakeSwap is a decentralized exchange based on Binance Smart Chain that offers a low-cost Ethereum alternative.

You’ll need to utilize a DApp browser-enabled app like Trust Wallet to get started with it. As a result, you may begin earning CAKE tokens on PancakeSwap and depositing them into your Trust Wallet.

Note: The DApp Browser is permanently banned from the Trust Wallet on iOS devices, so you can’t visit PancakeSwap or other exchanges. If you have an iOS device, you can link it to Trust Wallet and utilize PancakeSwap on your PC.
