Elemental Weapon 5e dnd Transmutation

When you touch a nonmagical weapon, it becomes a magic weapon. Select one of the following damage types: acid, fire, lightning, cold, or thunder. The weapon has the +1 bonus to attack rolls for the duration. And it deals an extra 1d4 damage of the chosen type when it hits. 5e Elemental weapon is an upgrade over the magical weapon in 5e. You get the same hit bonus, but you get a better damage bonus. So the minimum roll is equal to the magic weapon bonus, and this one can crit and hit vulnerabilities.

Higher level, spell casting:

Suppose you cast the spell utilizing a spell slot of Level 5 or 6. Then the bonus to attack rolls increases to +2, and the extra damage increases to 2d4. When you use a spell slot of Level 7 or higher, the bonus increases to +3, and the extra damage increases to 3d4.

What is a +1 weapon 5e?

The “+1 Weapon 5e” subheading states may be standard for magic weapons in 5e to give a bonus to a stat. It may indeed give only to a stat, but in D&D, a magic item “+1” has generally meant that it provides the bonus for using that item.

Is Elemental Weapon 5e useful on a dnd Hexblade?

5e Elemental Weapon says that the weapon you cast it on has to be nonmagical. However, the Blade Pact 5e weapon counts as a magical weapon. Suppose you get the Improved Pact Weapon invocation in dnd (hexblade.) In that case, your weapon is more magical. When do your want to or be able to use Elemental Weapon in 5e?

Elemental Weapon 5e dnd Transmutation

You can use any weapon you charge with your Pact of the Blade feature as a spellcasting focus for your warlock spells. Besides, the weapon gains a +1 bonus to its invasion and damage rolls, except it is a magic weapon that then has a bonus to those rolls. Eventually, the weapon you conjure can be a longbow, light crossbow, short bow, or heavy crossbow.

The invocation does not specify that your 5e pact weapon becomes a magical weapon, only that it may gain +1 to its attack and damage rolls.

This weapon counts as magical to overcome impedance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
