They nearly got caught when they broke into a man’s house linked to his mother. However, they changed their surnames to Drakes to honor their mother’s theory that the troves were the descendants of Francis Drake. Elena learns that Libertalia was once a pirate utopia ruled by ten pirate captains pooling their treasures. The Drakes must find out the truth about this fabled treasure to rescue Elena.

The Thieves of Libertalia are a notorious group of pirates who steal from the rich and plunder them. Chloe must use these new skills to hunt down the fabled trove of treasure. To do this, she must team up with mercenary Nadine Ross. She must also confront her past and choose which path to take to fulfill her dream.

The Thieves of Libertalia is a spin-off from the first game, featuring Chloe Frazer in a spin-off. The game’s storyline also takes Drake and Sam to Madagascar, an island paradise where pirates rule supreme. The Thieves of Libertalia in Uncharted 2 is a journey through the world, including snowy peaks, jungle islands, and urban cities.

The Western Gnats
